What happens if i dont get a tag partner for yugioh GX Tag Force?

I know I’ll start over at the beginning of chapter one, but will I still keep my cards?

2. I have this game and at first I was very confused. If you dont get a partner you have to start over. To get a partner you have four ways to achieve this, first is to talk to them. Second is to duel them and win, third is to give them a sandwhich that they like, and lastly if you talk to the cat named Pharoah, if you pet him correctly he will follow you. When the cat follows you, you will automatically have a great talk when you speak with someone. If you do these four things everyday in the game, you should have a partner by ten to twenty days. You should check out this cool site, it has lots of good info for any other questions you may have its called Gamefaqs.com type in yugioh gx tag force and you should find it, and go to the message board where people post good info.
