Yugioh question on the nintendo ds game yugioh gx world championship 2008?

so my question is like how good is it. it says 2008 but how broad is the card selection? does it have most of the cards up to a certain pack or what? please be detailed. does it have chimeratech overdragon? i don't have a nintendo ds and i don't have the game and i was debaiting on weither or not to go out and go them?....help? details.
